I never used tweeter but I know how it work a bit now.
I was surprise about the number of the tweet they got but it was all negative or almost. At the beginning I thought they should have a good customer service for having all this tweet but it is not.
This is only because they did not hire enough people. It is very bad for their image because they always say that they really care about their customers. I think the better way to make it better, Comcast should fire third more people to handle the tweeter custumers service. They list all the problem they have and specialized them in each problem. It will more efficient.
